Multi Trade Operatives
Location: Swindon
Rate: £22 per hour (CIS umbrella)
Duration: 6 - 8 weeks
Start Date: Monday 27th April, 8:00am
Role Overview:
We are urgently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support void property works, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants in the Swindon area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of trade works with a focus on carpentry
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting/repairs
- General maintenance and refurbishment tasks
- Working efficiently alongside other trades on site
- Ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Requirements:
- Strong carpentry background (essential)
- Kitchen and bathroom experience (preferred)
- Social housing or maintenance experience (preferred)
- Own van and tools (essential)
- DBS
- Working at Heights
- Asbestos Awareness
