Location: Magor Salary: £50,000.00 plus benefitsSummary:An experienced senior warehouse manager is required to join this FMCG distribution centre in South Wales. You will oversee all the operational activities of a large team whilst promoting a Health and Safety culture and maintaining high standards at all times in this customer centric environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the warehouse operations and ensure output targets are met.
- Manage 3 shift team managers and provide ongoing training and development.
- Take responsibility for budget management.
- Conduct team briefings.
- Ensure Health and safety and other legal requirements are met at all times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement for the quality of operations.
- Report accurate KPI information
Experience:
- Excellent understanding of FMCG warehousing operations and compliance
- Experience of volume and cost planning
- WMS experience and PC skills
- High level of initiative, focus and commitment.
- Previous management of large teams c200 staff
- Excellent people management skills
